Monday
Older Men's Group 10.00am - 12 noon (Fortnightly)
Retired? Bored? Looking for something to do? This is a group where you can meet with other men and learn about health and other relevant issues. Have a laugh, learn new helpful information and get out of the house for a couple of hours. 
Where: Bankstown RSL Club, Kitchener Parade, Bankstown.
Cost: Gold coin for morning tea.

Chester Hill Writer's Group 9.45am - 12 noon Write short stories, poems and book reviews. Just bring a pen and paper, and the creative side of your brain.
Location: 91 Waldron Rd Chester Hill
Cost: $1

Tuesday
Gentle Exercise 9.00 - 10.15am
Join us for a good workout, featuring aerobics and exercises using Dyna bands to build muscle strength, Finish off with some relaxation and you will be ready to face the day.
Where: Chester Hill Guide Hall, 159 Waldron Rd, Chester Hill (2 doors from the Fire Station)
Cost: $3.50

Woodworking 6.30 - 9.00 pm
Marquetry (1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month) Woodturning (2nd Tuesday) 
Learn some new skills and make some useful items that you will be proud of. No experience needed, as you will be taught what to do.
Where: Chester Hill Guide Hall, 159 Waldron Rd, Chester Hill
Cost: varies for each group

Wednesday
Scrabble 10.00am - 12.30pm
Keep your mind active while you enjoy the company of others in a few games of scrabble, Learn words that you have never heard of before and give your brain a fun workout.
Where: 91 Waldron Rd Chester Hill
Cost: Free

Thursday
Walking for pleasure (Alternate Thursdays)
Bushwalking (Alternate Thursdays)

Programs are available from the Neighbourhood Centre. Enjoy walks around Sydney and see places you never knew existed. Walks are classified from easy (mainly flat) to more difficult levels (hills and/or rough terrain). You will need to catch a train to the starting place for most walks, but details of train times etc. are on the program.

Art and Craft 9.00am - 12.00noon
Have you always wanted to paint? You can learn in a friendly, stress free environment. If you already know how to paint and want to enjoy the company of others and get some help if you need it, this is also the group for you. If you love to do craft work, join other ladies with the same passion who teach each other when they learn something new.
Where: Sefton Arts and Community Centre Batt St Sefton
Cost: $2.00 (includes morning tea)


Scrapbooking Class 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm
